Nick Holmes
Nick Holmes is the visionary leader and CEO of Sealed Plans LLC, bringing over a decade of expertise in engineering and project management. With a passion for innovation and a commitment to excellence, Nick has guided Sealed Plans to become a trusted name in the industry. Known for his hands-on approach and dedication to client success, he ensures every project meets the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and compliance. Under Nick’s leadership, Sealed Plans continues to deliver exceptional solutions tailored to the unique needs of residential, commercial, and inspection clients.
In addition to leading Sealed Plans, Nick is also the owner of Holmes Drafting, a premier drafting services company, and The Contractor, a barndo-focused construction company.
Aaron Ramjas
Aaron Ramjas is a Florida-licensed Professional Engineer who has worked in the construction industry for over 10 years in different capacities. Aaron obtained his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU) in 2014 and also completed his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from FGCU in 2024.
Aaron’s expertise is primarily designing, restoring, and rehabilitating existing buildings/structures in the residential and commercial space. Aaron has successfully led many teams in construction projects to completion while acting as an Engineer of Record (EOR), Project Manager, and/or Construction Administrator. His ultimate priority as Chief Engineering Officer with Sealed Plans is to ensure life-safety concerns are addressed appropriately and provide quality designs to all involved. On his free time, Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and enjoying his automotive-related hobbies.
